Video editing is another way for me to tell a visual story, whether it is mine or others’.
It looks like a simple sequence of images but the true skill is to make the images feel like a flawless flow. That is why, whenever I edit, I value the rhythm a lot. The rhythm of the story as I perceive it, given by the angles, camera motions, actors, the music, the lines, the silences in each take. Either a movie or a music video. It’s a very complex process that has to take each element into consideration to make them work and move together in harmony.
Editing was my first love in the visual world of movement. Throughout the years, I edited tv-shows, experimental movies, short-movies, music videos, documentaries and in the past ten years I worked mainly on advertising projects.
